    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    The Accounts Executive reports to the Accountant. Assists the Accountant to process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statements, and journal vouchers; review and code financial information; prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports; compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor cash flow file and maintain cash controls.
    • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
    • Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheets.
    • Prepare monthly Ap payment.
    • Prepare monthly payments for non-trade expenses.
    • Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded.
    • Maintain proper accounting record and filing.
    • Filling of all financial files, records and relevant documents
    • Filing of Corporate Tax and Financial Statements.

    Requirements

    • LCCI, Diploma or an equivalent qualification in accounting
    • At least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
    • Problem solving skill, work independently and initiative.
