    Description

    Job Description:

    As a Data Analyst Service Reporter, your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and report on various service-related data to support decision-making processes within the organization.

    You will play a crucial role in providing insights and recommendations to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Data Collection:

    Collaborate with relevant teams to gather service-related data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.



    Data Analysis:
    Employ statistical techniques and data manipulation skills to clean, organize, and analyze the collected data. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to draw meaningful conclusions.


    Service Reporting:
    Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards summarizing key service metrics and KPIs. Present findings to stakeholders and management in a clear and concise manner.


    Performance Monitoring:
    Monitor service performance against established targets and benchmarks. Identify areas for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.


    Root Cause Analysis:
    Investigate service issues and incidents to identify underlying causes. Collaborate with the relevant teams to address root causes and implement preventive measures.


    Predictive Analysis:
    Utilize historical data to develop predictive models and forecast future service trends and demands.


    Data Visualization:
    Create visually appealing and interactive data visualizations to facilitate data interpretation for non-technical stakeholders.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting. Proactively suggest process improvements and optimization opportunities.


    Data Governance:
    Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality by adhering to data governance policies and best practices.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Customer Support, and IT, to ensure alignment and smooth data flow.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
    Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on service-related data analysis and reporting.
    Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
    Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and draw insights from complex datasets.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
    Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Familiarity with service management concepts (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
