    Job DescriptionResponsible to set up the wholesale planning team to support the businesses in APACManage the transition from a country driven planning capability to a centrally controlled function and leadership team based in SingaporeEstablish a wholesale planning blue print covering strategic operations, culture as well as financial goals.

    Standardise processes and templates to support the planning platform rollout.
    Improve competencies needed within inventory management, planning and allocations.
    Simplify and standardise information and KPI's across the organisation.
    Create diagnostic of current processes and roadmap of quick fixes.
    The Successful Applicant10 years experience in demand/inventory/supply/wholesale planning within the FMCG/ Retail industry.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Planning Software (SAP/ o9)Strong knowledge of planning models, inventory strategies and Open To Buy logic.

    Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

    Able to operate efficiently in a matrix environment working closely with global stakeholdersResults-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
