Description

Responsibilities:
Monitor and report of filing volume and performance B2B support in Revalidating/Reissuing/General Inquiries and Special Service Request, etc.

Handle group bookings and ensuring group requests are processed in a timely manner Market support and troubleshoot to ensure a seamless flow of information and smooth collaboration with relevant key stakeholders Ticket auditing and quality assurance Responsible to guide, instruct, and lead junior staff based on experience and abilities Play a central role in daily operations, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assist the manager Handle special tasks assigned by management and ad hoc analysis/reportsRequirements:
Experience in the Travel or Airlines industry MS Office, esp.

Excel PowerPoint Good command of English, both written and spoken to facilitate communication with the customers Knowledge of Japanese Language is an advantage to facilitate communication with the customers and Head officeWorking hours: 9am-6pm (flexi working time and WFH options available)

AL: 15 days (up to 20 days)
