DESIGNATION :
Pharmacy Technician (Family Medicine Clinic)

RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist the doctor in the provision and delivery of efficient and effective Pharmacy Services in the Family Medicine Clinic.

Perform duties according to policies in dispensing
Compound extemporaneous preparations
Perform store duties in purchasing and assist in placing pharmaceutical orders
Perform dispatch function
Perform data entry of drug usage
Perform counter duties (including registration, billing and appointment booking)
Other related duties as assigned (eg. stock take)

QUALIFICATIONS

GCE 'O' level qualification with credits in English, Mathematics and Science and PSS certified Pharmacy Technician course or equivalent will also be considered
Work experience in retail / hospital / clinic will be an advantage
