Nearest MRT: Labrador Park
Contract Duration: 11 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $5,475 per month

Job Responsibilities:

· Verify the expense claim include the necessary documentation.

· Check for completeness and accuracy of information provided in the expense report.

· Ensure that the expense claim adhere to company policies and procedures including obtaining the financial approvals in accordance with delegated authority policy and limits.

· Identify and flag any expenses that is not adequately supported by documentation.

· Work with divisions to address any issues and perform other duties being assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, with at least 3 years of relevant experience

· Experience in using Workday will be an added advantage

· Good communication, analytical, writing and presentation skills

· Able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment

· Good working attitude and a team player
