Location: Near Joo Koon MRT (company transport provided)

Broad Function

• Provide IT support to office staff and coordinate IT related matters

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide reliable and efficient support service for PC hardware and software, peripheral equipment and networks;
• Set up and maintain servers, backup, security, IP and network infrastructure;
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolved any IT related problems.
• Provide end-users with 1st level support of SAP and Neuron system;
• Work with user departments to maintain company website;
• Basic photo-editing and any other ad-hoc designing duties.
• Conduct regular IT training for end-users;
• Purchase IT hardware and software;
• Perform IT asset management; and
• Conduct annual IT / PC audits for end users.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT/Computer Science or any related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling IT hardware and infrastructure;
• Experience in SAP and Photoshop is a plus
