What the role is:

You will plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities to meet the needs of the industry such as Aerospace, Biomedical, Energy, Food, Logistics, Start-up, etc.

What you will be working on:

You will have the opportunity to manage customer leases and provide support to our customers\' operations within these facilities.

This includes fostering partnerships with our customers and building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs.

You will also be exposed to a wide range of activities including formulating marketing strategies, product conceptualisation, product launches & promotions, budgeting and reviewing policies.

Your work encompasses overseeing and handling issues related to estate and property maintenance.

Fresh degree graduates in any discipline, or professionals with 2 years or less work experience
