Description

Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract

Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly

Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender document or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards

Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts

Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner

Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor

Senior QS are welcome, Salary range from $4K to $5.5K
