    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Scope/Responsibilities

    • Assist in accounting processes and tasks, including AR and AP
    • Handle day-to-day supplier invoices and ensure timely verification
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording transactions in the accounting software and ensuring proper classification and categorization
    • Perform periodic supplier SOA reconciliation, ensure completeness of the AP records for the Company
    • Ensure timely and accurate month end closing and reporting including journal entries, accounting schedules, balance sheet reconciliation
    • Support and prepare documents for audit and tax
    • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

    Requirements

    • Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of relevant experience, Retail industry would be advantageous
    • Able to start immediately
    • 5 Months (Maternity Cover)

    Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
