- Assist in accounting processes and tasks, including AR and AP
- Handle day-to-day supplier invoices and ensure timely verification
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording transactions in the accounting software and ensuring proper classification and categorization
- Perform periodic supplier SOA reconciliation, ensure completeness of the AP records for the Company
- Ensure timely and accurate month end closing and reporting including journal entries, accounting schedules, balance sheet reconciliation
- Support and prepare documents for audit and tax
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
- Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, Retail industry would be advantageous
- Able to start immediately
- 5 Months (Maternity Cover)
