Description
Responsibilities:
Handle HR tasks, including policies, systems, recruitment, on-/off-boarding, and managing staff leave.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
Ensure the accuracy of employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, leave management, and benefits administration.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.
Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Support employee relations and facilitate communication between employees and management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and stay updated on any changes.
Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies and scheduling meetings.
Maintain and update HR and administrative documents, including employee handbooks and policies.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Human Resources or related field.
Strong administrative skills.
Salary:
$2,500 to $3,000
