    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the HR department's daily operations.
    • Assisting with recruitment tasks like posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
    • Facilitating onboarding by preparing paperwork for new hires and coordinating logistics.
    • Conducting orientations and updating records for newly onboarded employees.
    • Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, aiding with administrative tasks.
    • Providing support to the team in their daily operational needs.
    • Assisting with monthly overtime and allowances for employees as required.

    Requirements:

    • Min Diploma Human Resources / related field.
    • 1 - 2 year experience in related field is preferred.
