WHO ARE WE?

Chess at Three is an international network of storytellers (chess tutors) who introduce chess to children from the surprising age of three.

By harnessing the power of stories, Chess at Three's award winning curriculum has been taught to over 150,000 children in homes, schools, and online.

Children become successful chess players while also exploring the foundations of math, strategy and sportsmanship as they journey with a unique cast of characters on an exciting narrative adventure.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

As a Sales Operations Intern at our newly-opened Singapore retail location, you'll be at the frontline of our expansion into a vibrant new market.

Your main mission? To amplify our brand and attract new customers using your social media savvy.

You'll juggle a variety of tasks—from executing social media campaigns to diving into sales analytics—all while learning the ins and outs of retail operations in the ed-tech space.

This is a 3-6 month internship with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Create, schedule and monitor performance of social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Execute paid ad campaigns as needed.

Sales Data Analysis: Generate weekly sales reports. Make data-driven recommendations for inventory management, marketing adjustments, and customer targeting.

Retail Operations Support: Assist the retail team in day-to-day operational tasks including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.

Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the marketing and educational teams to organize in-store and online events such as storytelling sessions, chess tournaments, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced environment
Highly motivated and a selfstarter, with a drive to learn and grow

Job Type:
Full Time - 5 days (4 weekdays and 1 weekend)

Working hours:
Weekday - 10am - 7pm, Weekends - 9:30am - 6:30pm

Salary:
S$1,200 monthly

Monthly Pay Range
- $1,200—$1,200 USD
