    Roles & Responsibilities

    Highlights:

    • Contract Duration: 12 months
    • Salary range:$2500 - $2800 (based on experience)
    • Nearest MRT: Maxwell
    • Working hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 6:00pm

    Requirements:

    • Diploma holder
    • Minimally 1 year of admin and secretarial experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Description:

    • Provide secretarial support to senior management
    • Database management, filtering, and updating.
    • Assist in the logistics and operations of various business visits/inspections, meetings, and other events (e.g.: scheduling and preparation; any interview arrangements).
    • Document filing and paperwork duties; document tracking and monitoring. Case management tracking.
    • Assist with basic HR function such as staff welfare, training & development.
    • Other office admin and operations duties assigned.
