- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Salary range:$2500 - $2800 (based on experience)
- Nearest MRT: Maxwell
- Working hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Diploma holder
- Minimally 1 year of admin and secretarial experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Provide secretarial support to senior management
- Database management, filtering, and updating.
- Assist in the logistics and operations of various business visits/inspections, meetings, and other events (e.g.: scheduling and preparation; any interview arrangements).
- Document filing and paperwork duties; document tracking and monitoring. Case management tracking.
- Assist with basic HR function such as staff welfare, training & development.
- Other office admin and operations duties assigned.
