    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Handle call queries and operational matters.
    • Monitor CCTVs in Command Centre and respond to all matters in accordance to procedures and timeline.
    • Work closely with Vendors, Clients and Manager related to any issues and incidents.
    • Accurately and ensure timely reporting to manager daily.
    • Submission of weekly reports and must be a team player.

    Requirements

    • Proficient in Mirosoft Office.
    • Possess intiative and provide customer-oriented services
    • Able to work under pressure and independently
    • Able to commit 12 hours or shift work pattern
    • Able to follow company SOPs
