- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Training, CSR activities, payroll and benefits & compensation.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate training with stakeholders, trainers and trainees
- Preparation, facilitating, coordination and conducting of various company training programs
- Develop, implement, review and update HR policies.
- Performance management and appraisal
- Managing Corporate communications, internal communications, CSR activities, etc.
- Possess Degree in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR function.
- Strong knowledge of employment ordinances, legal, and taxation requirements in Singapore
- Experience in Logistics/Forwarding would be an added advantage
- Comfortable with fast-paced working environment.
