    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Training, CSR activities, payroll and benefits & compensation.
    • Plan, schedule and coordinate training with stakeholders, trainers and trainees
    • Preparation, facilitating, coordination and conducting of various company training programs
    • Develop, implement, review and update HR policies.
    • Performance management and appraisal
    • Managing Corporate communications, internal communications, CSR activities, etc.

    Requirement

    • Possess Degree in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR function.
    • Strong knowledge of employment ordinances, legal, and taxation requirements in Singapore
    • Experience in Logistics/Forwarding would be an added advantage
    • Comfortable with fast-paced working environment.
