Description

• Manage the product portfolio over the entire lifecycle reflecting the company's profit targets.
• Define a customer centric product vision and translate this into a strategic roadmap.
• Monitor market trends & analyze competition.
• Perform market analysis and market segmentation.
• Create a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decisionmaking.

• Introduce and embed product vision in cross functional development teams.
• Work in cross functional teams to create a short to long term product roadmap (product backlog Ownership)
• Identify and represent customer needs.
• Translate customer requirements into specified product features and acceptance criteria considering economic and technological boundaries.
• Perform continuously market validation and transfer findings into development.
• Ensure implementation of agreed KPIs, definition of done & acceptance criteria within product development teams
• Identify with development teams the release package, define scope, and ensure a transparent, successful productrelease process

• Ensure a successful market launch of new products incl. training in cooperation with a cross functional team of Marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and other relevant functions.
• Actively manage product lifecycles of existing products in coordination with marketing, sales & other relevant functions.
• Identify potential improvements to existing products & processes
• Support the market expansion of responsible product portfolio
• Evaluate the potential to enter new markets and product lines.
• Participate in internal and external training (lectures, presentations, etc.), customer visits in coordination with Marketing & Sales
• Support to evaluate potential research collaborations, suppliers and B2B partnerships.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in medical field
• Completed university studies (technical/scientific)
• Alternatively, comparable training with corresponding professional experience.
• English language (negotiation skills), German & other language skills are advantageous
• Acquired skills as Product manager or Product Owner

• MS-Office skills
