M & E Manager

Job Description:

Coordination and supervision of M&E works
Liaise with M&E Consultants
Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants or engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
Review design deliverables together with the design consultants or engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
Project Management and sites supervision works.
Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum twelve (12) years of engineering experience
At least 10 years of experience managing M&E works of similar scale and complexity
Recognized E&M Engineering Degreee, accepted by the PE Board or BCA
Experience in manging interfaces and coordination works, design and construction of transit projects and have full understanding of the design and approval process.
Experience in high rise (more than 300m) building and mixed development project.
