    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our Client:

    Our client is a global professional services company specializing in delivering business transformation and IT solutions to clients from a variety of industries. With a worldwide spread branches, their mission is to be the transformation partner for clients. We are currently seeking an IT Service Manager to join their team in Singapore.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of IT department in the client organization
    • Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department
    • Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions
    • Analyze workload of each project and task Adjust master schedule of each project
    • Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department
    • Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc.)
    • Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
    • Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement, etc.)

    The Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree and above and with 10-15 years of work experience
    • Experience in Consulting
    • At least 3 year of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience for IT project
    • Documentation experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) context (PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills are required)
    • Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
    • Client facing experience
    • Someone who can understand and speak Japanese (business level) is preferred to be able to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking stake holders
