What You Will Do:

• As CTO, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our technological vision. You will develop a multi-year roadmap that focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Python development.
• You will lead a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• You will partner with the investment team to identify and implement AI-driven trading strategies.
• You will ensure that our systems are secure, scalable, and reliable.
• You will stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and identify opportunities to leverage these technologies to give our fund a competitive edge.

What We Are Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in financial technology, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Python development.
• Experience in developing and deploying quantitative trading models.
