Roles & Responsibilities

What we are looking for:

Self-starter, independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales call professionally to promote our Company's brand, products, treatments and services to prospective customer through conversations and dialogues.
• Proactively provide after-sales support and attend to customers' queries/complaints when necessary to maintain a long-term relationship and to ensure repeated business from existing customers.
• Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality standards.
• Any other relevant job duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.
• No experience is required as training will be provided.
