We are currently seeking a Senior Risk Management Manager to establish risk control mechanisms, processes, and rules for our cryptocurrency financial product procurement platform, tailored to meet the business needs of our company from 0 to 1.

The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing various risks associated with different financial products, including but not limited to market risk, credit risk, operational risk, etc., and ensuring the effective implementation of these risk control rules.


Responsibilities:


  • Build risk control mechanisms, processes, and rules that align with the business logic of different cryptocurrency financial products based on the company's development stage.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage various risks, including but not limited to market risk, credit risk, operational risk, etc.
  • Establish monitoring and response mechanisms, monitor risk indicators, report risk status, and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop rules and ensure the effective implementation of risk control rules.
  • Stay informed about new cryptocurrency financial products or policies to ensure real-time iteration and improvement of the company's risk management strategies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of risk management experience, preferably in the cryptocurrency financial industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market and products, with proficiency in fundamental principles and methods of risk management.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, able to use statistical and mathematical models to quantify risks.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as cryptocurrency regulatory provisions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of explaining complex risk issues clearly and conveying risk control requirements to various departments.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English communication.
