Focusing on the Asia Pacific region, this role will support the regional People & Organisational Development team in all aspects of the regional people strategy.
In this role you will:
- Support hiring managers with ATS system queries and processes
- Manage immigration processes and providers across the APAC region
- Manage benefit providers, enrolments and renewals across the APAC region
- Assist the regional People & Organisational Development team in ad hoc projects and deliverables in support of the regional people strategy
- Respond to managers and employees on a range of queries covering polices, systems, immigration and benefits
- Are detail oriented and quality focused with previous administration or office support experience
- Have an interest in recruitment and want to learn more
- Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks according to agreed deadlines
- Have some experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems or the ability to learn these quickly
- Demonstrate great communication and organisational skills
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to get involved across a range of initiatives
