Focusing on the Asia Pacific region, this role will support the regional People & Organisational Development team in all aspects of the regional people strategy.

In this role you will:

Support hiring managers with ATS system queries and processes
Manage immigration processes and providers across the APAC region
Manage benefit providers, enrolments and renewals across the APAC region
Assist the regional People & Organisational Development team in ad hoc projects and deliverables in support of the regional people strategy
Respond to managers and employees on a range of queries covering polices, systems, immigration and benefits

We would love to hear from you if you:

Are detail oriented and quality focused with previous administration or office support experience
Have an interest in recruitment and want to learn more
Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks according to agreed deadlines
Have some experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems or the ability to learn these quickly
Demonstrate great communication and organisational skills
Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to get involved across a range of initiatives
