About the Role

Main Job Responsibilities

  • To support Chef De Parties and Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm to work as part of a team
  • Preparation and cooking of fresh food
  • Providing high standards of customer service
  • Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and standards are maintained consistently
  • Stepping up in the absence of one of the Chef De Partiés
  • Assisting with onsite functions and events
  • Maintaining Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
  • Assisting in all areas of the kitchen
  • Ensuring daily tasks are delivered efficiently and within a set time frame given
  • Assisting with stock rotation
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and orderly
  • Your responsibilities may be updated as your job role changes
About you

  • At least 5 years of chef experience in the F&B industry
  • Strong customer skills are paramount, ideally gained from within a similar environment.
  • Must have a flexible approach to work, with the ability to work well within a team.
  • Possess clear communication skills, and keen to expand on their skillset.
  • Possess an updated Food Hygiene Certificate is a bonus.
