Ocean Export Officer | Shipping Executive Exp | Bill of Lading | Sea Freight Forwarding | Jurong East

• Location: International Business Park (Near Jurong East MRT)
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 (depends on exp)
• Working days: 5 days, 9am - 6pm

Job Descriptions:

• Booking of shipment with carrier / coloaders.
• Arrange transport, fumigation etc. for customers / agents.
• Prepare Bill of Lading
• Declare export permits incl. certificate of origin (if required)
• Pre-Alert to destination offices / agents.
• Billing for local deliveries and verify vendors' invoices.
• Issue invoice to customers and agents.
• Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no loss.
• Scanning of documents and filing into Kendox Archive.
• Handle any lanes assigned by Superior.
• Quotation to agents.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the company's management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Preferred Minimum 2 Yr Experience in freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge with Cargowise One System will be an added advantage.
