- Provide front desk reception duties.
- Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondences.
- Sort and coordinate mails and courier services.
- Provide general administrative support such as routing of mails to staff.
- Administrative support for Standing Committee and Council Meetings.
- Data entry and record keeping of databases.
- Disseminate chamber's eDMs.
- Assist in chamber events and activities.
- Assist with procurement duties.
- Assist to update staff telephone extension & seating arrangement.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties when required.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge in MS Office applications.
- Responsible and positive attitude with an eye for detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
