    2. Administrative Assistant (Front Desk)

    Description


    • Provide front desk reception duties.
    • Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondences.
    • Sort and coordinate mails and courier services.
    • Provide general administrative support such as routing of mails to staff.
    • Administrative support for Standing Committee and Council Meetings.
    • Data entry and record keeping of databases.
    • Disseminate chamber's eDMs.
    • Assist in chamber events and activities.
    • Assist with procurement duties.
    • Assist to update staff telephone extension & seating arrangement.
    • Perform any ad-hoc duties when required.
    Requirements


    • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Knowledge in MS Office applications.
    • Responsible and positive attitude with an eye for detail.
    • Enthusiasm to learn and ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Bilingual in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
