(Salary range from $2,900 to $3,400 per month, depending on experience level)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering the highest standards of exemplary guest services experience consistently at admission and in the park in accordance with the standards and requirements set by Resorts World Sentosa.
• Providing welcoming admission experience at turnstile and ensure guests have valid tickets for the admission for SEAA.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience by assisting guests with park information .
• Ensure the show readiness of the parks to enhance guest experience.
• Perform various administrative duties and ad hoc assignments.
• Maintain the park cleanliness (including restrooms) at all times
• Ensure accurate ticket sales transactions.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of valid guest admission.
• Proactively assisting guests with various needs and going extra mile to enhance guest experience in the parks.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the park by removing the trash in the public eye continually.
• To maintain restroom cleanliness and topping up the inventories.
• To withstand constant exposure to the sun and rain.
• To attend to all guest situations and ensure appropriate resolution of the matter in the Park.
• Attend to escalated guest concerns and addressing them in a friendly and approachable disposition.
• Provides assistance and work direction to team member,ensuring compliance to departmental standards including grooming standards
• Perform various administrative duties and shift paperwork/reports, and to work closely with Duty Managers and management team on monitoring work flow processes.
• Ensure the show readiness of the parks to enhance guest experience.

Job Requirements:

• 'N' Level / ITE Cert / 'O' Level / Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays, under an outdoor environment with long hours standing/walking
