The Role:

This position will be responsible for assigned finance portfolio in the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee full spectrum of monthly group consolidation, management reporting and financial analysis functions
  • Review/preparation of quarterly SGX announcements, AC and board materials and annual report.
  • Liaising on all matters relating to the trust, liaising with various stakeholders on various reporting matters as well as ensuring compliance with Group Standard Operating Procedures, Delegation of Authority and other procedures.
  • Keep abreast of key changes in accounting standards, SGX Listing rules, MAS regulations, taxation etc.
  • Subject matter expert for new accounting standards and any accounting related matters.
  • Key driver for implementation of group policies, processes and systems.
  • Support any adhoc projects and tasks from timetotime as required.
  • Any other task assigned from timetotime.

Job Requirements:


  • Chartered Accountant with a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualifications, or its equivalent.
  • At least 812 years' relevant working experience, with at least 4 years in an audit firm.
  • Wellversed in SFRS(I), tax regulations, and other accounting regulatory requirements is a prerequisite.
  • Strong team player who is willing to support team members beyond his/her own scope of work.
  • Other key attributes include excellent communication skills, proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
