    Roles & Responsibilities

    Position Summary / Project Description:

    National Harmonized Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS) is the next national generation pharmacy solutions for Singapore and key IT enabler that aims to transform and unify medication management and supply through consolidating the multiple current isolated pharmacy systems in Singapore, from being provider-centric to one that puts the patient at the center.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Monitor programme / project reporting and support Project leads in key governance forums / project status reporting and tracking.

    2. Prepare minute and follow up on issue raise from various forums

    3. Liaise closely with vendor for project status reporting and tracking.

    4. Provide secretariat support to various forums

    5. Ensure vendor compliance to the various project governance process

    Requirements / Qualifications:


    • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent

    • At least 4 to 5 years in project management/ project management office

    • Strong project management / PMO experience

    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills

    • Knowledge in healthcare business process is a plus

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with a positive attitude.

    • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on personality, comfortable in driving and managing change as well as challenging the status quo
