**Responsibilities: - Provides in-depth expertise and guidance on business services to clients, and internal partners regarding strategy

execution, handling complex business requirement and situations.

Proactively monitors client orders, order rejects and risk checks.
Fields client inquiries and troubleshoot complex arising from exception processing and errors in business systems.
Manages business data across risk, performance and other reporting systems.
Develops data organization procedures and maintains data integrity as it relates to business execution and

commission management during the business cycle.

Develops procedures and criteria to streamline and optimize processes through workflow design and technology.
Works with internal partners on requirements of new processes and assessment of business execution quality.
Provides clients with expertise of all product offerings, vendor requirements.
Required to troubleshoot/resolve business execution issues.
Has broad knowledge of compliance, control policies and standards

**Requirements: - Minimum University business degree from recognized major universities
