We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Courier Dispatcher. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assigning daily delivery routes to couriers based on customer locations and order volumes
• Tracking the progress of deliveries and ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs
• Coordinating with couriers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
• Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during delivery routes
• Managing incoming customer calls and addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records of courier schedules, delivery routes, and customer information
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize delivery processes and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in dispatching or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using dispatching software and other relevant tools
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Physical stamina to spend long periods of time sitting or standing in a fast-paced environment
