Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.

To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any nonconformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for buildability and safety assurancesystem.
To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and MandE engineering works. To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried

Requirement:

Atleast four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil engineer, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to works in this Contract.
The RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control and accepted by Institute of Engineer Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
