**Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for defining and implementing the company's sourcing strategy across his/her categories in collaboration with the Sourcing Director

Drive sourcing strategy to support strategic opportunities, global balance and help company achieve our financial plans
Partner with vendors to deliver highquality, trendright merchandise at great value for our customers
Establish a strong supplier base and develop alternative solutions to achieve product and business objectives
Responsible for new supplier/factory recommendations and selection
Lead the onboarding of new suppliers/factories and continuous improvements of related processes Manage multiple product categories with varying levels of detail

**Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.

With years of relevant merchandising experience, preferably with a buying office.
Excellent communication skills
Must be comfortable with Travelling. Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin

- speaking buyers/vendors
