Work closely with management to integrate strategic business, policies and guidelines into organisation's operations to achieve business goals- Establish business continuity processes
- Responsible for business performance, financial and budget planning to the business unit
- Involved in the set up and expansion plans for new concepts and outlet.
- Manage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures
- Oversees all restaurants standards and maintenance
Responsibilities:
- At least 5 years experience in F&B operations with at least 3 years experience as Operations Manager or equivalent
- Determined to succeed and ability to deliver results
- Ability to lead and inspire the team to achieve business goals
