    What the day will look like

  • Overall leadership of the People Transaction Advisory Services P&L under the AMATS business structure and future responsibility of business planning across Asia
  • Coordinate regional client relationships and the promotion of Aon Solutions to Private Equity firms, M&A Delivery Channels (eg; law firms, Inv. Banks, Financial DD) and Corporate Development teams at an Enterprise Client and Strategic Account Management level.
  • Coordinate with Specialty colleagues to deliver solutions with a particular focus on Health Solutions, Wealth Solutions and Human Capital Solutions.
  • Coordination with country teams in the delivery of these Solutions.
  • Lead or oversee insurance due diligence projects
  • Responsible for content, client insights and thought leadership in these areas including distribution channels and marketing initiatives.

    We are currently looking to hire a leader for a People Transaction Advisory Services Leader, Asia as part of our Aon Mergers & Acquisitions & Transaction Solutions (AMATS) global business. As part of an industry-leading team, you will advise our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our M&A and Transaction Solutions business group.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 15 years+ consulting experience across Health Solutions, Wealth Solutions and Human Capital Solutions with experience in the private equity and or M&A domains
  • Experience with the Asia region.
  • High level of technical proficiency across all these service offerings
  • Financial – proficiency in reviewing financial statements
  • Ability to multitask, project manage and time manage
  • Ability to work independently and/or in working groups to complete projects
  • Experience in collaborating and training team members
  • Project management – coordinate activities and information flow from a group of people within specified time frames
  • Strong client management skills, strategic & analytical skills and communication skills
  • Results oriented
