Our new outlet specialises in Western Fusion Healthy Food such as Salads, Vegan dishes, Acai bowls, Grilled meats and hot/cold beverages.
We are hiring Head Chef ($ and Sous Chef ($3500-$5000)The Head Chef/Sous Chef is in charge of kitchen operations. Ideally with experience and expertise in healthier food preparation. He is a professional and provides strong leadership to the team. He works closely with the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage smoothly the kitchen operation and kitchen team
- Efficient food preparation and food costing
- Ensure good food quality and hygiene
- Source and handle food ingredients suppliers
- Menu planning and design
Requirements:
- Good Culinary Skills
- Spoken and Written English Language
- Good Hygiene Practice
- Pleasant Personality and Good Social Skills
- Good Leadership
