Position: Early Childhood Educator

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching with relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

a. Develop and implement engaging weekly lesson plans, inclusive of material preparation and activity sheets, while maintaining documentation of children's progress.

b. Craft and distribute informative weekly newsletters to keep parents informed of their child's development.

c. Foster open communication with parents to provide feedback and ensure they are updated on their child's progress.

d. Uphold strict safety and hygiene standards to ensure the well-being of all children under care.

e. Compile observation records and progress reports for bi-annual Parent-Teacher Conferences.

f. Organize and coordinate field trips, events, celebrations, and yearly graduation concerts.

g. Demonstrate a positive work attitude and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.

h. Possess effective oral and written communication abilities.

i. Exhibit exemplary work ethics and a commitment to professional development.

j. Collaborate effectively within a team environment and display a willingness to learn and grow.
