Key Responsibilities

u2022 Provide analysis for monthly business review report, taking of meeting minutes and ensure follow up on actions by stakeholders.
u2022 Provide timely management report to accurately reflect performance of the operations including in-depth analysis to ensure integrity of results across all product lines.
u2022 Provide daily, weekly and quarterly reports that track revenues and gross profit by customers and product categories :
u2022 Assist in evaluating sales/marketing campaign from financial perspective- A&P spend analysis and ROI for pre & post event
u2022 Provide timely and accurate respond to ad-hoc request as and when required by management / regional office
u2022 Provide financial reports to product team and assist in analysis
u2022 Liaison with COE on matters relating to accounting and reporting
u2022 Assist to co-ordinate annual budget/ quarterly forecast exercise. Uploading of forecast numbers and ensure integrity in TM1 (financial forecasting tool)
u2022 Interact with the sales/marketing and other departments on the forecast, actual, budget and business metrics on sales , gross profit and other departmental expenses.
u2022 Reconciliation of forecast and budget package across various platform
u2022 Conduct analysis of the Financing forecast, budget, actual, and business dynamics to track and monitor variance and highlight on areas of risks/opportunities
u2022 Assist in finance operations matters including observing stock takes, annual fixed asset sighting.
u2022 Assist in audit, tax, admin matters as necessary (e.g. insurance, tenancy, agreements, document management, etc.)
