**Role Description: This position will be assisting alongside the Director in the management of all retail operations and drive initiatives to establish a customer-centric environment.

**Responsibilities: •Overseeing the daily operations of a store

• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
• Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff

Competencies:

• Supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store
• Undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels
• Developing marketing and business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability
• Establish interview objectives and organizational procedures and guide interviews

Duration Of Traineeships:

• 6 months
• Approved Training Allowance
