    We're seeking for a Operation Manager to oversee the operational performance of multiple outlets. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to maintain high standards of service and quality, and ensure customer satisfaction across all outlets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Oversight

    • Provide leadership and guidance to outlet managers and team members
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
    • Monitor and evaluate operational processes to optimise efficiency, minimise costs, and enhance productivity
    • Implement standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure consistency across all outlets
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations at all times

    Training and Development

    • Provide training, coaching, and support to outlet managers and team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to promote employee engagement and retention

    Quality Assurance

    • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service across all outlets
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
    • Address customer feedback in a professional manner to resolve issues

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
    • Demonstrated sales and marketing expertise, with a track record of implementing successful strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications related to F&B operations, inventory management, and financial analysis
