Job Functions & Summary:

Responsible for mixing required drinks and serving the bar area under charge.


Job Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Formulate and present alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink orders to Members and guests at the assigned bar area.
  • Mix drinks and ensure that the drinks, cocktails and other beverages in the bar are accordance to the club standard drink recipes
  • Make recommendation to new beverage concept
  • Ensure that the bar area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Monitor inventory and make the necessary requisition to replenish bar stocks.
  • Train service crew and brief the service crews on the preparation method and the drinks list content
  • Ensure that all bar equipment are in good working conditions.
  • Conduct monthend inventory and ensure that all stocks are accounted for.
  • Attend and manage the members' complaints, requests and inquiries regarding the beverage and services
  • Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:


  • Good knowledge and experience in mixing alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, garnishes, contents and preparation methods as well as knowing customer preferences.
  • Experienced in mixology and beverage innovation
  • Wellgroomed and have a pleasant disposition.
  • A good team player with excellent service capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
  • Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, and work in multiethnic teams.
