Roles & Responsibilities
This position reports to the Group IT Manager and interface with company's staff of all levels. This position provides technical support to all offices, including group financial and operational/transactional systems. Applicants with knowledge in container depot operations, technical sales and/or project execution are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

First level technical support for user's desktops and laptops (Windows OS)
Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
Printer/MFP setup and support
Hardware/Software inventory documentation
Monitor daily backup
If applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to develop inhouse software system.
If applicant possesses system design and analysis knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to assist in the analysis/design of inhouse depot automation system.

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles
Min 35 years handon working experience in enduser support (hardware & software) environment; **no experience is ok as training is provided with willing to learn attitude
Good communication skill and personality
Good team player and enthusiastic
Selfinitiator on performing tasks
Resourceful and responsive
