Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop quality plans and documentation for new products and manage existing Quality Management Systems for established products
• Design and conduct quality audit programmes in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 protocols and ensure that non-compliance is rectified; Manage audits by quality regulatory agencies and manage audits of critical suppliers and contractorsEvaluate policies and procedures for compliance with applicable regulations / guidelines and provide recommendations
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with the quality system, andchampion the sharing of internal and external best practices
• Plan, control and supervise QC inspection process, IQC, Outgoing and Supplier Audit
• Review and verify inspection records
• Liaise with relevant parties on managing customer queries, feedback, complaints and returns
• Collect and compile info / date pertaining to quality performance (inspection records, supplier quality, customer complaints, failure analysis etc) for analysis required actions, and follow up until quality performance has been resolved
• Track, support and manage scrap items
• Perform supplier quality management process
• Compile and issue weekly / monthly quality performance reports

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ITE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related engineering fields
• At least 2 years' experience in construction, manufacturing or building industries
• Ability to analyse complex problems and make sound judgments based on competing priorities
• Good work attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment
