Job Scope

Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction. Duties include:

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise the construction works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are compiled with.

Requirements :

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board or Building Construction Authority
• Experience in supervision of building construction
• Min. 3 years working experience
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
