As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in identifying and defining the scope of the Design for Safety Guide for the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities.

You will need to ensure that the safety standards and requirements relating to the Changi East Development Programme are met.

In the process, you will have to work closely with all design and site personnel, project teams and relevant stakeholders from all packages/consultants through the Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, Tender, Construction, Testing & Commissioning phases and ORAT to provide guidance by proactively monitoring potential risks associated with the projects and to develop and educate mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

You shall be responsible to identify, analyse, treat, monitor, and document safety requirements, standards, and progress related to the Design for Safety Guide within or relating to Terminal 5.

Requirements:

Good degree with a technical background in Architecture/Engineering/ Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
Strong experience in project management and coordination.
Proven track record and eight (8) years of relevant experience in a designer/contractor role in managing Design for Safety for projects of similar scale and complexity of at least S$300mil in contract value.
Selfmotivated, driven and possess good analytical/problemsolving skills.
Able to work independently, a strong team player and handle fastpaced projects.
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
