Loss Prevention Officer - Singapore - FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON SINGAPORE, RIVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities:

• Patrol the Hotel building to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of offices, outlets and function rooms.
• Responds to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of hotel.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
• To carry out driveway/main entrance as a Loss Prevention (Security) associate as well as a service ambassador.
• Call police or SCDF in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of suspicious persons.
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises.
• Operate the CCTV system, carpark system and other equipment like walkie-talkies to ensure operational use.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
• Holds a valid Security license issued by PLRD and USE.
• Possess positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Good observation and communication skills.
