**Pick Network Pte Ltd

Pick Network is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) to deploy parcel locker in public spaces and operate nationwide parcel locker network.

The network will deliver convenience and choice to consumers and businesses and aid in the transformation of Singapore's urban logistics ecosystem.

**What does Customer Support Manager do in Pick?
An account manager is responsible for maintaining a favourable relationship between Pick and its clients.

He/She is in charge of building long term relationships with a group of customers by advocating for them and working with internal departments in Pick to ensure that the client's needs are understood and met.

An account manager may assist in product training, client complaints, collecting and analyzing data and improving the overall experience for the client.


Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients;
  • Conduct/Assist with product training;
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting strategic client relationship;
  • Communicates client's needs to Pick and seek to for a mutually beneficial outcome to address challenges while optimising Pick's interest;
  • Coordinate and liase with all staff working on the same client to ensure consistent communication and service;
  • Contributes information to Pick strategies by evaluating identifying needs to be filled, analysing and relaying customer reactions to the product team.
  • Work closely with marketing to conduct joint marketing campaigns with clients;
  • Keeps a record of client transactions;
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of Pick's products and services;
  • Prepare reports on account status and clearly communicate progress to clients;
  • Resolve issues and assist with issue escalation when required.
**What we are looking for?

  • Have an open mindset and have the ability to adapt to changes quickly;
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally;
  • At least 3 5 years experience in logistics sector with last mile delivery as an advantage;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
  • Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a resultsdriven environment.
