Description

Reporting to the Head of IT, the IT executive will:

Provide hardware and software support.
Manager/participate in new setup or upgrade of systems and monitor system utilisation.
Identify, investigate, and research user questions, issues as well as isolating and resolving information systems problems.
Ensure the organisation's IT network and systems are in order.
Maintain records of IT hardware, software, inventory, service and IT related contracts and documentation.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulations.
Setup, and maintain computers, mobile, software, and cloud services locally and remotely.
Work with team to plan and execute the selection, installation, configuration and testing of organisation's IT hardware.
Perform any other special projects as assigned.

We are looking for someone with:

Diploma in Computer Science of IT-related discipline
Good interpersonal skills to handle internal and external users and /or situations.
Keen to learn and a good team worker.
