    We are seeking a dedicated

    Manager

    with exceptional leadership skills to oversee the management of a commercial building. The ideal candidate should possess substantial knowledge and experience in building management.


    The Responsibilities:
    Lead a team of experienced Building Executives in managing building operations and facilities, including the outsourcing of services such as cleaning, security, and conciergeSupervise and ensure the quality of work delivered by the team and vendors, overseeing routine maintenance activities and services to ensure satisfactory outcomesConduct regular inspections to uphold building standards, addressing cleanliness, parking, signage, and other areas as needed, and provide recommendations for improvementsPrepare budget plans, management reports, and contracts reviews, while monitoring general building repairs and defect worksCollaborate closely with the M&E team to manage building facilities and equipment effectivelyManage the procurement process, including preparing, evaluating, and administering quotations and tenders for various maintenance, repair, and replacement worksEngage in the building's Green Mark upgrading standards and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulationsConduct regular inspections of fire protection facilities and systems to ensure their effectiveness and complianceLead fire evacuation drills and tabletop exercises in adherence to SCDF regulations, facilitating fire inspections by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)

    Exercise budgetary control and prepare for operational and capital expendituresLiaise with relevant authorities, obtaining necessary licenses and certificates, and maintaining proper records and documentationAttend to any additional duties as required by managementThe Requirements:
