The Job

Our client is looking for a Workplace Safety And Health Officer who will oversee and lead the Safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of Company's safety systems at sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising closely with site operations staff and Project Managers on all safety and health issues
Conducting & organizing internal / external WSH trainings for staffs
Conducting incident investigations & propose corrective actions
Reviewing OHSMS and provide recommendations for improvement of safety
Conducting regular inspection and audits on the safety provisions
Ensuring implementation, control and enforce of safety on site
Conducting, reviewing & submitting Risk Assessments
Preparing safe work procedures for site activities
Updating project team on the latest MOM safety news
Monitoring that all staff and workers comply with the safety rules & regulation
Liaising with Authorities
Performing facilities management
You are WSHO & Fire Safety Manager registered.
You have minimum 5 years' experience in local building construction projects.
You have 3 years relevant experience working as WSHO.
You have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
